Thomas Zepeda, of the Zepeda Group at Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate, is a local real estate agent with over 17 years of experience helping clients buy, sell, and lease homes in East Dallas and throughout the greater DFW area. Thomas lives in East Dallas with his wife, and together they are deeply involved in the community, from participating in local running and cycling clubs around White Rock Lake, to supporting their neighborhood association’s beautification efforts, to volunteering with and serving on the boards of the White Rock Lake Foundation and the Greater East Dallas Chamber of Commerce, and actively fundraising for organizations dedicated to improving and making a difference in the lives of others.

East Dallas is their home, where they live, work, and play, and giving back is extremely important to them and something they truly believe in. For them, it’s about growing together, showing up for one another, and strengthening the community they love.
