About

My Gym White Rock is a children's fitness and enrichment center in East Dallas serving babies, toddlers, preschoolers, and young children. Through age-appropriate classes, gymnastics, music, games, and imaginative play, we help kids build confidence, coordination, strength, and social skills while having fun. We offer parent-child classes, independent classes, camps, birthday parties, and special events for families in White Rock, Lakewood, Casa Linda, Forest Hills, and surrounding East Dallas neighborhoods.
