Trunk-or-Treat with the Greater East Dallas Chamber of Commerce and EDENS Lakeridge Village

Bring the whole family and join us for a fun-filled Trunk-or-Treat in East Dallas! This community event is free for all trick-or-treaters — kids can come in costume, collect candy, and enjoy a safe, family-friendly Halloween celebration.

Want to get more involved? Businesses, organizations, and families are invited to host a decorated trunk or table at no cost. It’s a wonderful way to showcase your creativity, hand out candy, and connect with the East Dallas community.

While the event is free to attend and participate, we kindly ask that you register in advance so we can plan for enough space, tables, and treats for everyone.

How to Register

• Click on the Event Registration Link in the upper corner
• Select the “Register” Option: On the event detail page, click the Register button.
• Complete the Registration Form: Fill out the required fields.
• This event is free to participate in, so no payment information is required. 
• Submit Your Registration: Follow the prompts to confirm.

Day-of Details and How to Prepare

• Arrival and Setup: Please arrive at 4:30 to decorate your trunk and get settled. We will begin at 5:30pm.
• What to Bring: Candy or treats for the kids, business cards or small giveaways, and any décor or signage to showcase your brand. We are expecting 300 people. 
• Space Provided: Each participant has one parking spot or 6ft table. Please specify which space option you would like when you register. This event is free to attend and participate. 
• Cleanup: Please plan to stay through the end of the event and remove all décor and trash before leaving.
