Andrea Lamarsaude (moderator) – Andrea is the Principal & Founder of Art on Main and Gallerist for the Art on Main Gallery. She is a visual artist specializing in mixed media. Andrea is President of the East Dallas Arts District. She has a postgraduate certification in Fine Arts from Sessions College for Professional Design, a BBA, specializing in Marketing from Southern Methodist University and professional certification from INSEAD Business School in France. She is a former President of the Dallas-Fort Worth Chapter of the American Marketing Association.

Martine Elyse Philippe, Director of the City of Dallas Office of Arts And Culture (panel member)

With over 15 years of experience in arts administration, Martine comes to Dallas having served as the National Community Art Manager for A Window Between Worlds based in Los Angeles, CA and as the Chair for District 12 Arts Task Force for the Atlanta City Council. In her role with AWBW she is the national creative strategist for the development of art- based leadership and resources to transform trauma and create community-based methods of change and social justice through art.

Martine’s art administration experience spans across city government and the non-profit sector. As a trained dancer, she began her arts administration career with the City of Atlanta whereby she developed dance curriculum and then went on to become the Cultural Affairs Project Coordinator for the Mayor’s Office of Cultural Affairs. She has served in several executive roles, such as the Executive Director of Atlanta’s Resource for Entertainment & Arts.

Martine has a Master of Arts in Education Leadership from Argosy University and a BA in African American Studies from the University of Georgia. Martine is devoted to diversity, equity, and inclusion in every facet of art and culture. She has a desire to utilize the breadth of her experiences to make a tremendous impact in the City of Dallas.

Jason Cohen (panel member) - Jason is the co-owner of Curiosities Antiques and co-owner of Ephemeral Space art gallery and concept space. He is the Treasurer of the East Dallas Arts District. Jason studied sculpture at the University of North Texas.

Kristina Hart (panel member) - Kristina is the Director of Cultural Tourism at Visit Dallas.

Kristina Kirkenaer-Hart is a champion of all things arts and culture related, with the experience to lead with best practices. She serves in her current role as the Director of Cultural Tourism for Visit Dallas, as a liaison and support for the arts and culture community in Dallas, and the Director of the TPID Event Incentive Fund.

Kristina has many decades of experience in the arts; multiple years serving as Operations | Communications for the Dallas Arts District Foundation, a professional dance career in New York City, owned and ran a professional dance school in Oslo, Norway, co-founded a conservatory for entrepreneurship in the arts, a dean of a conservatory, just under 20 years of teaching dance and entrepreneurship to artists, many years of administrative experience, 12+ years on a multiple boards, a BFA in Dance from Tisch School of the Arts, MA in Arts Administration and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.

Jessica Trevizo, Manager of the Bath House Cultural Center

Jessica is a Dallas native involved in arts education since 2010. She attended local arts magnet, Booker T. Washington HSPVA and has a BFA from Otis College of Art and Design. Prior to joining the Bath House Cultural Center, Jessica was the Education and Outreach Coordinator at the Latino Cultural Center, where she implemented arts programming in a variety of artistic disciplines for all ages and skill levels.
