Description

Born Strong Martial Arts will be hosting a 15-minute family-friendly self-defense demo, giving families tools to practice together at home. Guests can also observe a class.

In honor of thier upcoming 2nd Annual Board Break-a-Thon, they will be doing a Board Breaking Demo, and teach everyone how to BREAK BOARDS!! After the celebration, you'll feel strong and ready for action. You might even want to compete at this epic fundraiser, which will be held at Vector Brewing in Lake Highlands.

Bottled water will be provided. A goodie bag with additional information and swag will be given out upon exit.
