The panel conversation will feature City Council Members Thomas and Blackmon as well as David Noguera, the Director of the City of Dallas’ Housing and Neighborhood Revitalization Department. The panel will offer strategies on how to use grants and public funding - paired with private funding - to find a solution that works for existing and future residents.

Bill Hall, former CEO of Habitat for Humanity will moderate this very important discussion.
