The early-stage ventures he has helped build have been recognized more than 15 times on the Inc. 5000 list of Fastest Growing Companies in America.

Originally from the Washington, D.C. area, Justin has called Dallas home for 17 years and today lives in Lochwood with his family. A passionate Washington Commanders fan, he once served as team "flag guy", leading the players onto the field on game days (but don't hold that against him!).
