If I haven't had the pleasure of meeting you yet, I am the new East Dallas Editor for Advocate Magazine. I'm reaching out to formally invite you to our upcoming Q&A event on October 7th at Birdie's Eastside.

This event is meant to provide a platform for open dialogue between Advocate and our readership. As I am getting settled into this role, it is my top priority to hear from you. What is happening in our neighborhood? What are topics you would like to see in our coverage? What do you feel is important to our community? I want to know your thoughts.

This is also a great opportunity for you to ask questions to better understand Advocate.
