Hi all, I'm looking for a very part-time bookkeeper to help keep the numbers tidy and the wine flowing.

I Want That One, an experiential retail store in Dallas specializing in wine, gifts, and art, is looking for someone who can assist with about 2–3 hours of bookkeeping per month.

What we need:

• QuickBooks reconciliation

• Retail bookkeeping experience preferred

• Familiarity with Square POS + QuickBooks integration a plus

• Understanding of accrual accounting, COGS, and FIFO inventory

• Someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with a small independent business

I already have a CPA with full access to my accounts, so this role is primarily about keeping everything organized, reconciled, and clean month-to-month.

This would be structured as an independent contractor arrangement, and could be perfect for someone semi-retired, freelance, or looking for a small side client.
