The Ashmore Law Firm, P.C. is a Dallas boutique firm founded in 1987 by the late Judge Joseph E. Ashmore, Jr. Our seven attorneys handle family law (divorce, including complex and high-net-worth, collaborative divorce, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, custody), estate planning, wills and trusts, probate, and civil litigation.
We take a different approach. Family-law cases are prepared as if for trial, which gives clients a full picture and lets us negotiate fair settlements outside the courtroom — more than 94% of our cases settle before final trial. Divorce coaching is included with our legal services at no additional cost, so clients can make clear, logical decisions during a difficult time. Our team approach means several attorneys may confer on strategy while the client is billed for one.
