The East Dallas community is continuing its exciting growth! Please join the Greater East Dallas Chamber of Commerce for the official ribbon-cutting ceremony and grand opening of Modera Trailhead by Mill Creek Residential.

Located right on E. Grand Ave, this beautiful community is ready to officially open its doors. Join Community Manager Graciela Hernandez and the rest of the Modera team as we celebrate this stunning new addition to our neighborhood.
