Come hear professional insights from both Democratic and Republican operatives on the how the 2024 election results could impact your business. Each will have 15 minutes to offer their views on the election results and what it means to you. Then we’ll allow 15-20 minutes for Q&A.

Kardal Coleman, Chairman of the Dallas County Democratic Party


Chairman Coleman has been the lead for the Dallas County Democratic Party since spring of 2023 where he oversees all political and administrative operations for the County Democratic Party. Before taking on his current role, Chairman Coleman has served in the offices of Congresswoman Eddie Bernice Johnson, the Texas Legislative Black Caucus, State Representative Rhetta Andrews Bowers, and former Dallas Mayor Michael S. Rawlings, before most recently working as a grassroots labor-union organizer for the American Federation of Teachers (AFT). In addition to this work, he is also a licensed minister and Co-founder of The Liberation Fund, a national civil rights organization dedicated to liberating those unduly impacted by police brutality.


Vinny Minchillo, Republican Consultant, Creative Director Glass House Strategy


Mr. Minchillo has created advertising for some of the biggest names in business like American Airlines and the Dallas Cowboys and political campaigns at every level including five Presidential races. He was a member of the 2024 Trump for President advertising team. His award-winning work has been featured by the Washington Post, FoxNews, Late Night with Jimmy Fallon and many others. He has been called “foolish” by the official Chinese news agency. Vinny is a recovering stand-up comic, winning “Wheel of Fortune” contestant, lawnmower racer, Ted talk speaker and typewriter collector.
